Aaron
Co-Founder & CEO

Aaron is an aircraft owner and pilot with over 36 years of aviation experience.  Professionally, Aaron has built a career in the technology sector, including roles as a partner at both EY and KPMG.  As a passionate aviator and serial entrepreneur, Aaron recognized the need to fundamentally overhaul the way in which aircraft data and intelligence is managed across the industry.  He co-founded Crewchief Systems in 2018 and is now re-shaping the future of aircraft asset intelligence.

Rick
VP, Market Development

Rick is an experienced business development, marketing, analytics, and consumer behavior professional. Having built his career in transformative industries such as renewable energy, telecommunications, and sports performance, Rick understands how to make innovative solutions accessible to new markets. Among his diverse responsibilities, Rick heads up market development, communications, fleet, and affiliate programs for Crewchief Systems.


Wesley
Chief Technical Officer

Wesley has spent over 15 years in industry as a lead technologist and systems architect for various companies. His extensive experience in end-to-end digital platform design and product development enables him to continuously improve upon Crewchief System’s scope and capabilities. Wesley has considerable infrastructure and application architecture expertise and leads a team of more than 70 digital developers and user experience specialists.

Jim
Quality Assurance Operations

Jim's aviation background spans over three decades and includes general aviation, military, airlines, and maintenance.  First flying gliders and tow planes in the 1990’s, he then transitioned to a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force flying airlift and tankers in combat and around the world.  After retirement, Jim joined a major commercial airline and will soon upgrade to the left seat of the Airbus. In his spare time Jim is working on a Van’s RV-10 and sponsoring youth outreach projects.

Peter
Advisory Board

Peter is an investor focused on advanced aerial mobility and its application toward positive impact for transportation across the economy.  He is an avid aviator and aircraft owner with extensive experience in the business and operational requirements of today’s aviation landscape and the ecosystem required for tomorrow’s next generation aircraft.  Peter co-authored a national strategy for Advanced Aerial Mobility as a member of the Committee on Urban Air Mobility Research and Technology through the Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine.  He is a standing member of the Transportation Research Board’s New Users of Shared Airspace Committee and is also an appointee to NASA’s Aeronautics Research and Technology Roundtable.  Peter holds an MBA, with High Honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.  

Randall
Advisory Board

Randall is a serial entrepreneur, corporate advisor, and investor in the areas of software as a service, mobile consumer applications, and health care. He was awarded a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a J.D. from the Berkeley School of Law. After a 5-year stint as an attorney for Steve Jobs’ NEXT Computer start-up, Randall founded several successful companies of his own, including Amplitude Software and Digital Foundry.  He currently serves as an advisor to Crewchief Systems and several other technology start-ups.  Randall is an experienced aviator and aircraft owner, and in addition to his business activities, he serves as a volunteer pilot with The Flying Doctors, for whom he flies health care missions to remote villages in Mexico.

Marc
Advisory Board

Marc is a professional entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record in growing startups into global companies driven by high growth and high industry impact.  As the co-founder and CEO of Fruition Partners, a global ServiceNow systems integrator and technology strategy firm, Marc led the company through and growth beyond its acquisition and expansion by DXC.  He currently serves as the Chairman of Thirdera and is an active VC investor and board member to a number of technology-based startups.  Marc is an active pilot and aircraft owner with a passion for aviation, education, and philanthropy.
